Get Started

What’s in the box?

Everything you need to get started fast.

TV Box

  • Displace Pro TV
  • Multi-touch Displace Controller (pre-paired with the TV) with magnetic battery pack (detachable)
  • USB-C cable and power adapter for the controller
  • TV Power Adapter (barrel plug) — connect to pop-out power socket
  • Wipes & cloth for a spotless screen

Speaker Box

  • Soundbar
  • Two satellite speakers (left & right)
  • Power adapter to charge the soundbar & speakers

Unbox & power up

  1. Lift the TV safely. Remove outer foam and wrap. Peel the side protection tapes. Pop out the two push-to-pop legs at the bottom. Using the side handles, place the TV on its legs on a table.
  2. Connect power. On the bottom-left (screen facing you), press the pop-out power socket. Plug the barrel connector from the TV power adapter into the bottom of the popped-out socket.
Indicator LED meanings: Red = charging low • Orange = charging • Green = ready.
  3. Turn on the TV. When the LED is not red (orange/green), press the power button at the bottom-right edge of the TV. The TV may reboot a few times; this is normal.
  4. Boot the controller. Press-and-hold the controller’s power button. The controller comes pre-paired. Tap “My Displace TV” to confirm pairing.
  5. Use the trackpad. Move the on-screen pointer. Press-and-hold the trackpad to scroll horizontally/vertically when needed.
  6. Connect Wi-Fi. On the TV home page, choose your network with the controller and connect. You’ll then see the TV battery level at the top bar. Three empty slots indicate speaker batteries (left, soundbar, right).
Tip: The controller’s magnetic battery pack can charge the controller directly—open the built-in USB-C on the pack and connect to the controller’s USB-C.

Mount to wall (or glass!)

Our active-loop suction lets you mount where other TVs can’t—even on glass.

  1. Ready the TV. With the TV on its legs, grip both side handles.
  2. Enter attach mode. While lifting, press and hold the button inside the right handle. A level UI appears to help you align.
  3. Place & level. Place the TV on the wall and level it. The legs auto-collapse during placement—no need to fold them first.
  4. Start attaching. Gently pull the joystick (above the right handle) slightly downward. You’ll see cup pressure for each suction zone and on-screen guidance.
  5. Hands off. In ~10–15 seconds on typical painted drywall (faster on glass), the UI confirms a safe hold. Fold the legs back in.
Before detaching later: pop the legs out first and remove soundbar & speakers.

Detach from wall

  1. Prep. Pop out the legs and remove soundbar & speakers.
  2. Enter detach mode. Press and hold the button inside the right handle while supporting the TV with both hands.
  3. Start detaching. Click and hold the joystick to release suction. In ~15 seconds, place the TV gently onto its legs on a table.

Connect soundbar & speakers

They’re not just audio—they extend TV battery life when attached.

1) Pop out the bottom connectors
Under the TV: bottom-left = left speaker; bottom-center (two) = soundbar; bottom-right = right speaker.
2) Attach the soundbar
Open the two top clips on the soundbar. Angle the soundbar’s rear connector into the TV’s center connector and slide in. Snap the clips down to lock. You’ll see the soundbar battery appear on the top status bar.
3) Attach the left & right speakers
Repeat for each side connector. Once locked, each speaker battery appears in the top status bar.
Charging
Use the included power adapter to charge soundbar and speakers. When attached, they also supply power to the TV.
