Refunds & Exchanges
At Displace, every television is carefully built and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.
Made-to-Order Products
All Displace TVs are produced and prepared on a made-to-order basis. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damaged or Defective Units
If your TV arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a claim, you may be asked to provide:

Our team will review the information and assess the unit.
Resolution Process
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, Displace will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

Replacement of the unit

Refund (if a replacement is not available)
All cases are reviewed and approved by our technical team before a replacement is issued.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval from our team will not be accepted or processed.
