Wall Mount Not Ready

If your Displace Wall Mount is not ready after the TV has been powered ON with the power adapter connected for at least 2 hours, the suction system may need a complete restart. Follow the steps below.

Before you begin

Make sure the TV is safely supported and is not being mounted during this reset process.

Reset Instructions

  1. Go to Settings → System → Low Power Mode.
  2. Select Low Power Mode and confirm.
  3. Wait a few minutes for the TV to completely power off.
  4. Once powered off, wait 15 minutes.
  5. Locate the small hole labeled Reset on the back of the suction plate.
  6. Using a sharp pin, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds, then release.
  7. Press the Power button on the TV to turn it back on.

✓ What to Expect

After restarting, the suction cups and safety system will initialize again. The wall mount should be ready within a few minutes.
