Wall Mount Not Ready
If your Displace Wall Mount is not ready after the TV has been powered ON with the power adapter connected for at least 2 hours, the suction system may need a complete restart. Follow the steps below.
Before you begin
Make sure the TV is safely supported and is not being mounted during this reset process.
Reset Instructions
- Go to Settings → System → Low Power Mode.
- Select Low Power Mode and confirm.
- Wait a few minutes for the TV to completely power off.
- Once powered off, wait 15 minutes.
- Locate the small hole labeled Reset on the back of the suction plate.
- Using a sharp pin, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds, then release.
- Press the Power button on the TV to turn it back on.
✓ What to Expect
After restarting, the suction cups and safety system will initialize again. The wall mount should be ready within a few minutes.
